Order information

At Mulligan and MacHendry, we've discovered that people have questions and rely on our experience to make the right choice and purchase the right products.  With the large number of products and several options for shipping and payment, either e-mail or speaking over the phone and receiving payment instructions directly from you has always worked well.  Now we also offer an on-line shop were you can place orders.

We also welcome you to our shop to meet our staff and have a first hand opportunity to see and try our products.  Due to the high level of shipping and deliveries it is suggested that you call ahead and let us know when you might arrive in order for us to provide you with the time needed to answer all of your questions. 

Most of our orders ship the same day.  We are currently shipping all orders with UPS unless you instruct us to use another carrier.  We will email you the shipping and tracking information along with a copy of your invoice.  A hard copy of your invoice will ship via post.  At Mulligan & MacHendry, you will have a chance to deal with drummers that can answer your questions and enjoy the type of service you would expect from a local shop.

Directions to our shop:

Glendale Road is off of Route 148 in Fiskdale (Sturbridge).  Sturbridge can be easily reached from RT 90 (Exit for RT 84) and we are at the last exit of RT 84 located near the Massachusetts/Connecticut border.

ORDERING POLICIES -

All media sales are final including books and software.  Any product being sent to our shop must include an RMA number or will be refused delivery.  There is an 18% restocking fee for any order that is agreed to be returned except for special orders which are a 28% restocking fee.
