 The Reactor Snare Drum (6.85 Kilos/15lbs)

Special alloys are used for strength, reducing weight for the players comfort.   The Reactor now   features temperature pitch control top and bottom assembly.   The shell is 4mm, Birch Plywood snugly fitted for better acoustics.  In-Line Snare design top and bottom ensures an easy to play, highly responsive surface for the drummer.  Metal finishes feature tough oven baked powder coated paint in black and white.  The Reactor features a three year structure warranty.

Andante now offers their award winning snare drum in lacquer finishes.  Chose between black or white hardware to create a great sounding plus great looking drum.  Colours include dark green, red, black, royal blue and turquoise.

  Tenor Drums

16X12 (alto), 16X14(tenor) and 16X16"(baritone)

Andante Tenors are constructed with four lightweight alloy extrusions retaining a non-porous acrylic shell which makes the drum extremely light and easy to carry.  Andante Tenors feature Temperature Pitch Control.  There are 14 screws on each head.  This makes it easier to achieve even tension throughout the entire surface of the head.  Damping fitted and tuned by meter.

Andante Bass and Tenor Drums are designed to produce a sound that is in harmony with the drone section of the bagpipe, balancing the overall sound of the band.

Bass Drums

The Andante Bass Drum is constructed with four lightweight alloy extrusions retaining a non-porous acrylic shell which makes the drum extremely light and easy to carry.  The Andante Bass Drum features Temperature Pitch Control along with Pinstripe heads, Damping fitted and tuned by Meter.

The Drums are constructed from non-porous materials which means that none of the sound is absorbed thus maximising and giving a full resonating sound.
